Vision or Mission
Both vision and mission statements are important components of an organization’s strategy, and each plays a distinct role in defining the organization’s purpose and direction.
A vision statement is a broad, future-focused statement that describes the organization’s aspirations for the future and how it hopes to impact society positively. It provides a long-term roadmap for achieving the organization’s goals and helps to inspire and motivate stakeholders.

While both statements are important, the mission statement is typically considered more important because it provides a clear and concise statement of the organization’s purpose and goals. It defines the organization’s identity and helps to differentiate it from others in the market.
A vision statement, while important, is more focused on the future and may change over time as the organization evolves and its goals and aspirations shift. A mission statement, however, should remain relatively stable and guide the organization’s decision-making and resource allocation over the long term.
